Mechanical and Public Health Systems
We design all mechanical and public health systems, including ventilation, air conditioning, heating, cooling, BMS and all related control systems. We deliver chilled water and LTHW water systems, domestic water and related piped services, foul and surface water drainage installations, pumping systems, sprinklers, gas services, refrigeration systems, grey water recycling… in fact, any service with a pipe or a duct attached to it.
Electrical Systems
We engineer power and power distribution systems, UPS and standby generation, lighting and emergency lighting solutions, fire alarms, fire protection and fire extinguishing services. We design earthing and lightning protection installations, security systems (including CCTV, intruder alarms, intercoms and access control), IT, data and telecoms installations, plus most other ancillary services, from hi-fi and background music to public address, audio and video installations… in fact, any service that needs a cable or a wire.

We can produce professional drawings for any stage of the construction process from Council Planning approvals, drawings of your Health & Safety Traffic Management Site Set-Up Plans and your Project Logistics Strategy to As Built red line mark-up drawing work ready for handover.
3D Voice Over and animations
We can produce innovative and work-winning voice over, motion graphics design animations, which illustrates 2D infographics, 3D fly-through animated scenes with 3DS Max Construction Sequencing.
4D (BIM) Intelligent Modelling
We now provide 4D intelligent modelling at 4K resolution and at 60fps and can also provide a VR walk-through experience.

Sustainable energy is no longer the future. it powers the world we design today.
MEP design is becoming increasingly complex, not least because of an increasingly demanding low-energy agenda, characterised by increasingly challenging legislation.
Fortunately, however, energy-efficient design has been at the core of our work for many years. In fact, whenever a project allows, we will recommend the adoption of renewable or sustainable engineering solutions. We work with architects and designers from the outset to minimise the building load, design energy efficient MEP services and seek out opportunities to introduce renewable technologies.
We consult on all matters of environmental design, advising on issues relating to Building Regulations Part L compliance and all low and zero carbon technologies and solutions. We utilise the latest software, typically IESVE for Engineers, and we are experienced and familiar with BREEAM and LEED assessments.
