WB Shiels were appointed for the full design and project management of a major upgrade to the battery research and testing lab within the existing facility. A 50% increase to the system configuration including power analytics and power upgrade to the facility.
The full design and install phase was completed within the Live Lab environment with only one shut down for the power upgrade. The project went through a life cycle of 4 phases and included various changes through the process, which were all incorporated and delivered by the deadline.
