This Grade 2 listed warehouse conversion has a rich history as a theatrical set design workshop, still tangible from its beautifully refurbished quadruple-height living area.
The glazed roof over the fourth-floor terrace not only allows light to cascade into the first-floor living space below when closed, but retracts to transform the terrace into an open-top roof garden. The original 90’s residential conversion has been masterfully re-imagined for the current owner by Lees Associates.
